  1. Acceptance of Terms

    INNOPPIA ("we," "us," or "our") provides the "Ova:Pregnancy & Period Tracker" mobile app (the "App") to you ("you" or "User") subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

  2. Description of Service

    Ova:Pregnancy & Period Tracker is a women’s health application designed to help users track their menstrual cycle, ovulation, and fertility window. The app provides tools, insights, and reminders that support users in understanding and managing their reproductive wellness.

    • Ova:Pregnancy & Period Tracker allows users to log periods, symptoms, moods, flow intensity, and cycle patterns to generate personalized predictions and insights.
    • The app provides ovulation and fertility tracking to support cycle awareness and family planning.
    • Additional wellness features may include reminders, health tips, lifestyle insights, and personalized suggestions based on user-entered data.

    Ova:Pregnancy & Period Tracker is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The app provides general wellness and informational support and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.

  3. User Eligibility and Accounts

    The App is not directed to children under 16 years of age. If you are under 16, please do not use the App. Depending on your country, additional age restrictions may apply (e.g., 16+ under GDPR rules).

    To use the App, you must either create an account using your email and password or continue by signing in anonymously without creating an account. If you create an account, your cycle data, logs, and preferences will be securely saved and can be accessed across devices. If you forget your password, a reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Anonymous users can use the App without providing personal information, but all data will be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and device. We are not responsible for any lost data if the App is deleted, your device is damaged, or data is corrupted.

  4. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including but not limited to all app features, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, software, algorithms, and other content) are and will remain the exclusive property of INNOPPIA and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

  5. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the App to:

    1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
    2. Use any automated system or software to extract data from the APP ("scraping").
    3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the APP.
    4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the APP or its related systems.

  6. Third-Party Advertising and Links

    The App is supported by third-party advertising. You acknowledge and agree that:

    1. We use third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads to display ads.
    2. These partners may collect and use information about your use of the App to provide relevant advertisements. Their data collection practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

    The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNOPPIA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the App.

  9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice within the App prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

  10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, or for no reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the laws in your country of residence.
