This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information by INNOPPIA or any of its affiliate(s) ("we", or "us", "our"), which operates "Ova:Pregnancy & Period Tracker" ("The App") available on Google Play Store, iOS and other similar platforms and other services. This Policy forms part and parcel of the Terms of Use for the INNOPPIA App Services. Capitalized terms which have been used here but are undefined shall have the same meaning as attributed to them in the Terms of Use. Users (as defined hereinafter) are requested to read this Policy in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

The Ova: Pregnancy & Period Tracker (i) is designed to help you monitor your cycles and pregnancy progress with an easy-to-use yet comprehensive interface. (ii) With clear visuals and intuitive tracking tools, this app is suitable for users at all stages of pregnancy and menstrual health. (iii) Whether you want to stay informed about your cycle or manage wellness goals, Ova:Pregnancy & Period Tracker makes it simple and engaging. (iv) The features may seem straightforward, but using them consistently provides valuable insights into your health patterns. (v) Tracking periods, ovulation, and pregnancy milestones is an essential tool for everyday health management. Inside Ova:Pregnancy & Period Tracker, you'll find features for wellness, reminders, and progress monitoring across various stages of your journey

1. When This Policy Applies:

   This Policy applies when you use the Ova: Pregnancy & Period Tracker App, or any related services to which this Policy is linked. You must agree to the terms of this Policy before using the App or any of its services.

2. We Collect Information:

   We want to be perfectly clear about what information we collect and how users can access the app:

   • The app allows users to create an account by signing up with their email and password.
   • Users also have the option to continue using the app anonymously without creating an account, while still accessing core features.
   • During signup, users provide information including preferred language, period length, cycle length, date of last period, date of birth, name, email, and password.
   • If a user forgets their password, a secure link is sent to their email to reset it.

3. Health & Sensitive Data Collection:

   The app collects menstrual cycle dates, cycle length, period length, ovulation estimates, pregnancy tracking inputs, and related reproductive health information. This data is used only for providing core app features such as period tracking, cycle predictions, and pregnancy progress calculations. We do not sell, share, or use health data for advertising or tracking.

4. Information Collected by Third-Party Advertising Services:

   The App is free to use and is supported by advertising revenue from third-party ad networks.

   • Ad Providers: We work with advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads. These partners are integrated into our App to display advertisements.
   • What They May Collect: These third-party companies may collect certain information automatically from your device to deliver targeted ads. This information may include, but is not limited to:
     • Device advertising identifiers (e.g., Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID)
     • IP address
     • Non-personal information about your interaction with ads and apps
     • Device information (e.g., device type, operating system, language)
   • Purpose: This information helps third parties to deliver interest-based (personalized) advertising and for analytical purposes, such as measuring ad performance.

5. Children's Privacy:

   Our App is not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

   • “The App is not designed for use by children in the Google Play Families program.”

6. Data Retention:

   • We collect and store the personal information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email, password, date of birth, cycle information, and related health data.
   • Any data collected by third-party advertising partners is handled and retained according to their own privacy policies.
   • Users can control and limit data collection by adjusting their device privacy settings or opting out of personalized ads.

7. Data Deletion:

   • Users can permanently delete all personal data stored in the app, including account details, cycle information, and related health data.
   • To delete your data, go to the Settings page and tap the "Delete Account" button in bottom, select a reason to delete.
   • A confirmation dialog will appear. Once confirmed, all your data will be permanently removed from both your device and our servers and cannot be recovered.

8. Disclaimer of Control and Liability:

   • No Control: While we control and manage the data you provide to the app, we have no access to, nor control over, the data collection and use practices of third-party ad networks. The technologies they use and the data they collect are governed by their own privacy policies.
   • No Responsibility: We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party websites, services, or their privacy policies. Your interactions with any advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
   • Your Assent: By using our App, you acknowledge and consent to the placement of cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies by our third-party advertising partners for the purposes outlined above.

9. Updates/Changes:

   We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy within the App or on our website. You are advised to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
