  1. Acceptance of Terms

    INNOPPIA ("we," "us," or "our") provides the "Sudo Play Puzzle" mobile game (the "Game") to you ("you" or "User") subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game. Your use of the Game is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information.

  2. Description of Service

    The Game provides a suite of number puzzles, including but not limited to:

    • Sudo Play is designed to boost your brainpower with easy-to-learn yet deeply challenging number sliding puzzles. With large, clear digits for effortless play, this math game is perfect for players of all ages.
    • The mechanics of these math riddles sound simple but require a lot of thinking. Playing sliding number game and solving math problems can improve your numeracy skills.
    • Sliding puzzle consists of a frame of numbered square blocks in random order, with one block missing. The object of the puzzle is to swipe the numbers orderly by making sliding moves that use the empty block. Endless challenge mode that challenges your logical thinking and mental limits.

    The Game is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

  3. User Eligibility and Accounts

    The Game is not directed to children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, please do not use the Game. Depending on your country, additional age restrictions may apply (e.g., 16+ under GDPR rules).

    The Game is designed to be enjoyed without creating a user account. All gameplay progress, including stats and streaks, is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any resulting loss of data. We are not responsible for any lost progress, stats, or other information if the Game is deleted, your device is damaged, or data is corrupted.

  4. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including but not limited to all games, content, features, puzzles, clues, designs, text, graphics, and software) are and will remain the exclusive property of INNOPPIA and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Game or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

  5. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the Game to:

    1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
    2. Use any automated system or software to extract data from the Game ("scraping").
    3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game.
    4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its related systems.

  6. Third-Party Advertising and Links

    The Game is supported by third-party advertising. You acknowledge and agree that:

    1. We use third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads to display ads.
    2. These partners may collect and use information about your use of the Game to provide relevant advertisements. Their data collection practices are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review:

    The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, INNOPPIA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your use of the Game.

  9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice within the Game prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Game after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

  10. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, or for no reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will cease immediately.

  11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of the laws in your country of residence.
